Yesterday evening, I went with Allen, Brian, and Steven (aka Steve) to view The Italian Job. It was pretty good, I guess, but I won't be seeing it again, or buying it, not that I have ever purchased a movie because I haven't, though when the original Star Wars trilogy comes out on DVD, I'll be there. I'm seriously considering getting the
Animatrix and also The Matrix, even though we've got it on VHS.
I'm going to continue to plug Republic-Online.net until sometwo sign up with AltoidBox as their referring friend

Hey, everybody, go to
Republic-Online.net and sign up saying that
AltoidBox was your referrer. It is a free online game like thing and its pretty cool. At least I think so. I'm currently in France if you want to join me there, since I'm the only one there, I get to be the leader. Even if you go there and don't like it, sign up anyway just to give me +200 knowledge points and +100 money. I don't think you even have to sign in ever if you don't want to and I'll still get my bonus stuff. Heck, if you get bored, join 12 different times and keep putting if you don't want to and I'll still get my bonus stuff. Heck, if you get bored, join 12 different times and keep putting me as your referring person. If no one else does this, at least you got to Allen, you might even send Brian over there (or here).
Oh, and by the way, go to:
Homestarrunner.net
ITS DOT COM!

Tuesday was a sad day in the life of my mini-van. Turning from 25 onto 28 and accelerating to cruising altitude, the engine began shimmying and shaking, sometimes violently. This had happened before after periods of exceleration, but usually subsided after some taking it easy. So after a period of unstressful driving, I knew something had to be worse than normal. So I stopped in Attica to get some cappachino (I need to get a spell check for this thing, I'm sure that's wrong), but the machine wasn't working so I settled for a burger and a grape snow cone; dropped her off early but I didn't go home . . . Ok, back to the story, so I got a chocolate milk and a Honey Bun. I started the van, and it continued running rough, but, as I pulled out of the gas station lot, a cloud of greyish-dark smoke came out the exhaust. So I got to Danville and do my RST stuff with SFC Fuller. The van still running rough and now wanting oil, I stop at the gas station on the way out of town. After popping the hood I notice the oil cap is gone and it seems oil has been spewing out of it. So I get directions to AutoZone and proceed with caution. Luckily, AutoZone was just about in downtown Danville so I was able to lend large clouds of nasty smelling smoke to pedestrians and motorists enjoying the cool breeze associated with a rolled-down window and I am able to do so about every block. So I get the oil cap and put in the oil, and it still wants oil, so I get three quarts from AZ and put one more in and it is happy with it. Leaving town I again had the privelege of letting others have a taste of my oily smoke, most of whom gave me dirty looks, but being the gentle town of Danville, no one was ornery enough to flip me the bird. Alas, I make it home from a shaky and sometimes slow journey. When Dad comes home he points out that the van has a flat tire, so this seemed like a convenient point to tell him that there's a lot more wrong with it than that. We fix the tire and re-inflate it and start it up. It smokes when gas is applied and he figures it's got a busted piston and it's not worth buying an engine for.
Moral of story: I can't drive anywhere until a new vehicle is acquired.

Looking through a bunch of my old programs I made in highschool, I found a link to my old website.
http://www.geocities.com/joey4784. If you click on the My Progs button, you'll get a taste of what this site originally looked like. Ok, ok, so it hasn't changed much, but the way it is now has got to be better than that.

I got done watching with the Matrix Reloaded a couple of hours ago. For some reason the theater in town was showing it at 10:00 on Wednesday, but according to all the news I heard about it, it was supposed to be released on the 15th. Anyways, it was good, and you should see it.

Yay. I finished my last exam yestertidy morning at or around 9:30. While I feel I probably could have done better if I had read the second half of the book rather than skimming it the night before, I don't really think I did that bad. Meaning, I have no doubt I will end up with an A for the class. According to my calculations, I would have to get a 70% on the final or less in order for me to achieve less than 90% for the class as a whole. So, after grade curvature is added, I am almost guaranteed an A. The math exam on Tuesday kicked my bungholio. On my first three exams, I did better than 80%. It would take a miracle for me to get a grade that high on the final. I just hope I did good enough to retain my B.
Now I'm just in one of these darndeded labs again typing madly into this little actually kind of big but not really text boxes that I have created for myself inorder to post this stuff on the, um, website. I should make a screen shot for everyone to see. I think I'll do that right now.

Wow. Isn't that interesting. I should go crazy and decorate this page like mad. Just for me to see. Though the reason it looks ugly is not necessarily because I can't make pretty things, it's because I can't make pretty graphic things. As you should be able to tell from the heading and the little gray bar thing on the left side. I'm thinking of re-doing every thing, but I suck at picking color schemes as well--notice, everything is gray-ishy. Yeah.
For assistance, please call 62885
Actually, you probably shouldn't. Unless you're in MTTW116 and there's no lab assistant present.
