My three exams yesterday went alright. French was pretty easy. And it was the last class of French I'll ever have to take. Econ, well, I probably got a B. But I did study for the hour preceding it, and only went to class once in the last 5 weeks. CS182 really sucked. I bet i got over half correct, which isn't really good, but hopefully the average on this test will be as low as the other exams have been. The other's averages were around or below 50%. Welp, i should continue studying for my math exam this afternoon.

I did my french oral exam today (THURS). I think it went pretty well. Je devais parlé des choses qui je regarde à la télé avec mon partenaire, Carrie, et après ça je prétend que j'étais un agent de voyage et Carrie veut aller en vacances.

This morning I was riding with Allen (because I had nothing better to do) and all of a sudden i smelled something. It smelled like pretzels, the big ones with salt, like the kind that you get at football games. Allen smelled it too, and after several blocks it didn't go away. Then, I heard something, it sounded like something bubbling, then Allen pulled over after seeing smoke coming out from under the hood and it came in the defrost vent in the car. After we got out there was this light brown transparent liquid spilling out from under the car. So when Allen's bro Ben showed up, we checked the oil and transmission fluid, and decided it was antifreeze. So Ben took us to their house, got their trailer, went back to the car, put the car on the trailer, and I continued with Allen in Ben's van.

The cable guy came on thursday. I had the cable modem working by that evening. For some reason the auto-activation, setup disk didn't work, so I had to do every thing manually, but that wasn't too hard. It did, however, take too long to get the router to work. The first time I installed it, it didn't couldn't connect to the internet. I messed around with it, and then finally got it to connect, but set up hadn't finished, so i wasn't sure if the wireless part was going, so I decided to reinstall, this time setting the MAC address correctly, setup said it worked, but right after finishing, it wouldn't connect, even though the router said that it was connected, so I mess with settings, nothing works, I decide to uninstall it, and start over, and then reinstall. It does the same thing as last time. I mess with the settings, mess with them, blah, blah, more of the same, restart, blah. So, I change the MAC address to something other than that of the one on the Cable modem, no suprise, it doesn't work. Then I change it to the correct one. And guess what? It freakin' works. And it has continued to work ever since. Any of you with fast internet or the patience to wait for flash stuff to load should go to www.homestarrunner.com. It's got some funny and/or strange cartoonish things.
